    Love this bag! I needed something with more room, I carry a lot of stuff! The smaller shoulder strap is very comfortable, the crossbody strap seemed too thin for me, although it is very nice, I needed something wider, so I bought an adjustable crossbody strap that works and matches perfectly!!! So comfortable , and lands at the perfect length on my hip. I definitely give this bag a 10+ rating.

    Great non-leather bag!
    I am delighted with this bag. It doesn't feel cheap, It has lots of pockets, and I like the size and shape of it. It's got a nylon liner. I was surprised to find that I couldn't remove the smaller strap. I usually use the over-the-shoulder strap but was happy to find that the smaller strap goes easily and comfortably over my shoulder, so I removed the long strap.
